Ravaton Return Policy
At Ravaton, we’re dedicated to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive it.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.
Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description.
Non-returnable Items:
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact Us at support@ravaton.com with your return request.
- Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions on where to send the item.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@ravaton.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under our policy:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please get in touch with us before sending it back.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first return it per our return policy. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
