Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped from our warehouses in Asia (via ePacket or EMS) and the USA (via USPS).

Shipping to Over 200 Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping to over 200 countries. However, some locations may not be eligible for shipping. If this applies to your region, we will contact you promptly.

Lost/Missing Packages

Ravaton is not responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. To avoid any issues, please double-check your billing and shipping addresses before completing your order. If an error occurs on our part, we will take full responsibility for the original order and ship it to you at no extra cost.

Customs Fees

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be incurred once your items are shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note that, due to free shipping options, tracking information may not always be available immediately.

When Tracking Shows “No Information Available”

In some cases, shipping carriers may take 2-5 business days to update tracking information. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking still isn’t available, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Will My Items Be Shipped in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if you have selected combined shipping. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
